Hands on Review ThermoWorks RT610B-12 and RT610B-24

These are large thermometers.  In the case of the 24″ I would say… massive thermometer.  I like the fact that they are waterproof, have a large range and have the hold feature.  These are well built and well thought out.  If you’re looking for a thermometer large enough to reach deep into your mash tun or fermenter, these are worth a hard look.
