digiboil sale

The Gen 2 DigiBoil features two distinct updates that are not currently pictured in the primary images. The stainless steel lid has been upgraded to a glass lid, allowing you to observe and monitor boil activity. The rubber feet have been replaced with a plastic base that provides improved stability and slightly raises the unit for better ground clearance. Updated images coming soon.

The DigiBoil is a versatile electric kettle that can be used as a standalone unit or integrated into your current brew system to serve a variety of functions. Easily brew 5-gallon extract batches. Use it to preheat your strike water or sparge water to a precise temperature. Pair it with a pump and heat exchanger to use it for HERMS brewing. Or slap on a still top lid and condenser for distilling! With so many ways to use the DigiBoil, and an affordable price tag to boot, it’s hard not to get excited about this electric kettle!

Interested in using the DigiBoil for all-grain brewing? With the Mash Upgrade Kit, you can easily convert the DigiBoil into an electric mash tun!

The elements can be individually controlled, allowing you to use a single element to gently hold temperatures, or engage both elements to quickly go from steeping temp to boiling. Temperatures are set and automatically maintained through the digital control panel. Simply set your desired temperature and flip on the heating element(s).

Bucket Buddy Electric Fermenter – 35L/9.25G (110V) via MoreBeer

More Info

From the product description, check product page for current description, price and availability:

If you’ve been looking to step up from fermenting in plastic buckets or carboys, this is an excellent choice for your next fermenter. Stainless steel is a much better option than glass or plastic, as it is extremely easy to clean and virtually lasts forever. There’s also much less chance of contamination as stainless doesn’t scratch like plastic. Over time, you’ll get scratches in plastic fermenters from normal wear and tear, creating microscopic havens for bacteria. Meanwhile, glass carboys are always at risk of breaking which is something you will never have to worry about with stainless steel.

The Bucket Buddy represents a great value for a stainless fermenter in this size. Another advantage over carboys and plastic buckets is the domed base inside the fermenter which is great for yeast flocculation when fermentation is complete. The included racking arm will make it easy to transfer out every last drop of beer while leaving the yeast cake undisturbed. The entire racking arm and ball valve assembly is weldless, which means you can remove the assembly to clean and sanitize it between batches. You can even boil the assembly for added assurance that it’s been sterilized.

Also available with built-in heating element for fermenting in colder environments. You can also use a heat wrap or heat belt on the outside of this unit. To help maintain a steady temperature, the Bucket Buddy pairs well with either the BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket or the FermZilla Insulating Jacket. For cooling, you can place the fermenter in a dedicated refrigerator or drill into the lid to install a Temp Twister Cooling Coil. A temperature controller probe can then be inserted into the thermowell to control your heating and cooling sources.

This unit comes standard with silicone tubing to transfer from the ball valve to your bottles or cans, as well as a stopper and airlock for the domed lid.

Specifications:

304 stainless steel construction
9 gallon total capacity
Digital thermometer (Temp reads in °C)
Weldless thermowell
Stainless steel outlet valve with rotating racking arm
Stopper & airlock included
External Dimensions: 28″ H x 15″ W (including handles)
Internal Dimensions: 22″ H x 11.75″ W
KegLand Part Number: KL15103

Announcing: Kegland Conical Fermenter

KegLand Conical Fermenter

KegLand Conical Fermenter via William’s Brewing

More Info

From the product description, check product page for current description, price and availability:

• Includes Extension Legs

• Large 1″ dump valve removes thick yeast sediments

• Included Thermowell fits all standard temperature probes

The KegLand 8 gallon Stainless Conical Fermenter is an excellent value. Made from 304 stainless, the inner welds are robotic and very smooth. A center 1” dump valve is large enough to let you get rid of yeast and trub without clogging, while a rotating racking arm lets you drain the fermenter while avoiding any sediment that may remain. The racking arm features a 3/8” diameter hose barb outlet for attaching tubing. Handles make it easy to move and clean.

The stainless lid is silcone gasket sealed, and a thermowell with removable digital centigrade only thermometer is provided, which has a ¼” inner diameter to accept probes from all the temperature controls we sell, including the RAPT Temperature Controller. The centigrade thermometer runs on two included LR44 button batteries.

The unit is 30” tall with airlock, and the included leg extensions will increase that to 33” tall, in case you want more room at the bottom to access the angled dump valve. It is 16” wide including the handles, while the fermenter itself is 13” wide. It features interior gallon markers from 4 to 8 gallons. The dump valve itself has 1” male threads.

FermZilla Pressure Fermenters! – On Sale + Free DuoTight Spunding Valve

FermZilla Conical Pressure Brewing Kit

Fermenting Under Pressure

Pressurized fermentations are becoming increasingly popular, and for a good reason. Some of the benefits that you gain from fermenting beer under pressure are: Lower ester production, being able to ferment at higher temperatures without producing off-flavors, and having your beer carbonated by the end of fermentation (rather than carbonating separately for over a week!). Called Unitanks because you can use them for both fermentation and carbonating. You can serve beer directly from uni tanks, counter pressure fill bottles or easily transfer beer into kegs using pressure.

Fermenting lagers under pressure is a huge benefit of unitank. When yeast ferment under pressure, the production of fruity esters is greatly reduced. This can allow you to brew a lager at 70F an obtain traditional lager flavor. All of the fementers listed below also allow for fermenting under no pressure or greatly reduced pressure which is preferable for making ales where the fruity esters are an essential part of the flavor profile.

  • MoreBeer has introduced several FermZilla Pressure Fermenter options.  Including conicals and All Rounder style fermetners.
  • These have been extremely popular since their introduction and have sold out quickly each time they’ve become available.
  • Shipping is free with a qualifying $59 order to many US addresses

Announcing: Ss Brewtech Brew Bucket 2.0!

7 gal | Brew Bucket 2.0 | Ss Brewtech FE807

7 gal | Brew Bucket 2.0 | Ss Brewtechvia MoreBeer

More Info

From the product description, check product page for current description, price and availability:

The Brew Bucket was the first product and the origin of Ss Brewtech, and for many brewers, the Brew Bucket was their first chance to ferment in stainless steel. Nearly a decade later, Ss challenged their engineering team to pair some of the newest technologies with the original design.

Brew Bucket Pure Flow Valve
The star of the Brew Bucket 2.0 is the new Brew Bucket Pure Flow Valve. This valve uses Pure Flow technology, originally developed for the Ss line of professional brewhouses. The removable silicone membrane of the valve provides a sanitary environment where beer makes contact with nothing except silicone. Additionally, they have molded the racking arm geometry into the valve’s silicone diaphragm to provide a seamless flow path for beer when transferring from the Brew Bucket 2.0.

Sanitary Connection
The valve attaches to the Brew Bucket using a welded external garden hose thread fitting that allows for a compact, easy-to-use connection without the need to fumble with additional clamps and gaskets. The threads are located externally and sealed by the gaskets built into the Pure Flow silicone, keeping them clean and sanitary. With the new valve design, the brewer can fully rotate the racking arm 360 degrees for maximum control while racking a finished beer.

Conical Base
The Brew Bucket 2.0 continues what made the original a great solution for home brewers. The pro-inspired conical base helps minimize trub interaction with fermented beer, thus limiting any concerns of off flavors produced during maturation. Combined with the rotatable racking arm, brewers can effortlessly rack off clean beer like the pros do in craft breweries.

Full Width Lid
The Brew Bucket 2.0 features the same full-width removable lid as the original, with a wide access opening that makes cleaning and sanitizing a breeze. Finally, the included thermowell has been repositioned to the lid, and the increased length allows for accurate readings, even when brewing partial batches.

FermZilla 55 Liter Conical Fermenter – on sale for… $89.99, Save $50

FermZilla 55 Liter Conical Fermenter

FermZilla 55 Liter Conical Fermenter

More Info

From the product description, check product page for current description, price and availability:

With the 55 Liter FermZilla (13.2 gallons) you have the many of the benefits of a much more expensive stainless conical fermenter but with the additional benefit of being able to see the fermentation process in action and also ferment at pressures up to 30 PSI. This is sized for 10 gallon batches. 45″ tall with airlock installed. See the videos and the instructions below for more details.

Included In The Box:
1 x Fermzilla Tank with Butterfly Dump Valve Parts (Pre-Assembled & Attached)
1 x Reinforced Stainless Steel Stand
1 x Stainless Handle
1 x Top Lid with Red PRV (35psi) [2 x Male Cap Threads] [Up to 4 drill ports for accessories] 1 x Top Lid Screw Cap 1 x 1000mL Collection Container & Lid* [2 x Male Cap Threads] 1 x KegLand Adjustable Easy Opening Tool
1 x Premium 3 Piece Airlock
1 x Approximate Graduations Sticker
1 x Strip Stick On Thermometer
1 x Grommet Bottle Cap (Airlock Port)
1 x Bag Spare Seals

Available options include:
Spunding Valve Kit
Extra Collection Jar

IMPORTANT NOTICE: When using this vessel under pressure. You must perform a water pressure check to ensure your connections are leak proof. To do this. Fill your FermZilla up with water, then apply a minimum of 15psi pressure to the vessel. Occasionally these units may come with some small indentations/dimples/dents from shipping, this is just a reality of shipping large blow-moulded thin-walled vessels. But dont panic, these fermenters are designed to endure minor deformations such as this. All small dents will push out and settle with use and positive pressure and are only an issue and warrant replacement in the rare event they start to show white stress patterns.

Maximum temperature is 130 degrees F., if you pour boiling or near boiling wort into this unit, you will ruin it, and heat damage is not covered by warranty.

  • This is discounted to just $89.99.
  • Shipping is free or reasonably priced flat rate to addresses in the contiguous US depending on your order size for most items.
  • Convert it to a Keg!  The Fermzilla Molded Pressure Kit Add On, available on the product page, effectively converts this to a ball lock keg.

The Bucket Buddy is a great value if you’re looking for a stainless steel fermenter with built-in heating control. If you live in a cold climate, ale fermentations may be a seasonal affair, as cold ambient temperatures can easily drive down the temperature of your wort below your yeast’s optimal fermentation temp range. The Bucket Buddy offers a simple solution with an integrated heating element and digital temperature control. Program your fermentation temperature and if the temp drops below your set point the unit will gently heat your wort from the bottom up via the concealed element located in the base. For cooling, you can place the fermenter in a dedicated refrigerator or drill into the lid to install a Temp Twister Cooling Coil. A temperature controller probe can then be taped to the side of the fermenter to control your cooling source, or you can drill another spot in the lid for a thermowell.

To help maintain a steady temperature and cut down on power consumption, the Bucket Buddy pairs well with either the BrewZilla Neoprene Jacket.

This unit comes standard with silicone tubing to transfer from the ball valve to your bottles or cans, as well as a stopper and airlock for the domed lid.

Specifications:

304 stainless steel construction
17.1 gallon total capacity
Digital temperature control
110V / 60W power
Stainless steel outlet valve with rotating racking arm

With elements turned off, hold both +/- buttons to switch between °F or °C

If you’ve been looking to step up from fermenting in plastic buckets or carboys, this is an excellent choice for your next fermenter. Stainless steel is a much better option than glass or plastic, as it is extremely easy to clean and virtually lasts forever. There’s also much less chance of contamination as stainless doesn’t scratch like plastic. Over time, you’ll get scratches in plastic fermenters from normal wear and tear, creating microscopic havens for bacteria. Meanwhile, glass carboys are always at risk of breaking which is something you will never have to worry about with stainless steel.
