3 Way Check Valve with 1/4″ Barbs. Each of the four runs has a ball valve with an integrated check valve.
Check Valves. The check valve ensures that liquid doesn’t backflow from one line to another. It’s not common for beer to backfeed up a line, but it is certainly possible.
Barb Fittings. Each of the three runs and the inlet feature 1/4″ barb fittings. Personally, I prefer barb fittings on CO2 lines as they don’t loosen over time. Even a small leak could mean an emptied CO2 tank.
Home Brew Supply has launched a President’s Day Sale. Over 80 items are marked down. The lineup includes this manfiold and brings it down to just $21. My rule of thumb for a good deal on these is anything below $10 per trunk. This one figures to $7 per trunk.
