Potential Uses: Convert to fermenters (search Amazon for food grade grommets) and for grain storage. My general rule of thumb for unmilled grain storage is 5 lbs per gallon. At that rate, these would each hold 25 lbs of grain. That’s an estimate, actual capacity will vary. Additional uses could include – assist with cleaning and sanitizing items and generally lugging stuff around.

These white buckets look like they would be great for storing the pickles that I want to start making with my kids. Your information that they will be economical and durable is really helpful, as well. I will start looking for some buckets like this online.
