I am not sure why you are posting a meter that has an accuracy of +/- 0.3 pH. This has little use for measuring mash pH – not accurate enough. Posting this feels misleading to your readership that might not have a very in depth understanding of water chemistry.
Hey Tom! Yeah, you’re making a great point about the accuracy. I’ve replaced this with the 8682, which has .05 ph accuracy. I also expunged older references to the 8680. Thank you! Chris
