I have celiac disease and have been following this product for years now. Sadly, I no longer drink gluten-removed beers made via Clarity Ferm. These beers are < 20 ppm but they achieve that by shattering the gluten protein chains into smaller pieces. The smaller pieces are not detected by current tests. Beer makers can say it has <20 ppm but NOBODY knows YET if the remaining broken chains of gluten protein are HARMFUL. Many celiacs still have symptoms after drinking gluten reduced beers so I'd say its not worth taking a chance. Celiac is deadly if not managed.
