    Obtain 5 gallons of supermarket apple cider. I use "Best Choice" brand apple cider. It contains nothing but arsenic and lead laced Chinese apple concentrate. No unnatural additives.

    Put 5 gallons into fermenter. Sprinkle one pack safale s-04 on cider. Close lid.

    Four weeks later, rack to bottling bucket. Add 4 oz table sugar and mix. Bottle.

    One to 4 weeks later, drink.
