Messermeister “Take-Apart” Scissors.  Functions include a screw driver, nut cracker, jar-lid opener and gripper, bottle opener, and bone and twig cutter.  Separates for hygienic cleaning and is dishwasher safe.  Right or left-handed use.

These (the black version) have been my go-to brewing scissors [Review] for years.  After using them for brewing, I picked up another pair for general kitchen use.  These are part of my Brew Day Box.
