As of this posting, Iris’ website shows this [item 300601] as having a capacity of 8 quarts.  That’s 2 gallons.  My rule of thumb on grain storage is 5 lbs per gallon.  With that estimate, this should hold about 10 lbs of grain.  That’s an estimate.
