The next generation WilliamsWarn BrewBottler. This counter-pressure bottle filler allows you to bottle from a ball lock homebrew keg without losing any carbonation. The BrewBottler can accommodate bottles up to approximately 330 mm (13″) in height and 150 mm (5.9″) in diameter. This allows a variety of bottle types to be used, including bottle sizes up to 3L (101 oz.).

Filling
Once the gas and beverage hoses are connected via the simple push-lock fittings on top of the valve, you just open the gas side for a few seconds to pressurize the bottle and purge air, close that and then open the beverage side to allow beverage to enter. With back-pressure in place, the beverage fills without foaming issues or carbonation loss. Pressure release and therefore fill flow rate are controlled by how open the variable pressure valve is set.

A 500ml bottle (1 US pint) can be filled in 40 seconds and a full 5-gallon keg can be bottled in roughly 30 minutes. Since your beer was already carbonated before you bottled it, your bottled beer is ready to consume immediately! And thanks to the purging process, your beer will be exposed to less oxygen and will maintain its original flavor profile for longer. Keep some bottles on hand, send them to your next competition, or take them to a party to impress your buddies.

Glass rinsers are great. You can use them to clean glassed just before serving to chill and wet glassware for a better pour.

The Kegland glass rinser is 1/2″ BSP which from what I’ve been told is compatible with NPT.

The introductory pricing on this ($59.99 as of 1/18/24) is steep in my opinion. Many similar sorts of options are available for a lot less.

The best-selling MKII Magnetic Drive Pump now available with a major upgrade! This unit comes standard with an inline stainless steel pump head that installs on the pump body with a 3″ tri-clamp. Compared to the standard “center inlet” pump head, the “inline” flow path can make it much easier to integrate into your brewery and keep your brewing hoses tidy. At the outlet of the pump, there is a very handy pull ring PRV that allows you to bleed liquor or wort from the pump head to release trapped air and prime the pump. And with the 3″ T.C. connection, not only do you have a full 360-degrees to orient the pump head any which way, cleaning the pump after use could not be easier—just pop off the tri-clamp, wash out the pump head, and clamp back on.

The MKII is a perfect pump for your system and comes highly recommended for brewers stepping up to all-grain brewing. Rather than schlepping heavy kettles filled with hot liquor or wort around your brewery, or awkwardly stacking them into a 3-tier gravity setup, allow this handy pump to move liquid from vessel to vessel while everything remains in place. The magnetic drive allows you to slow down the flow without damaging the pump. This can be done by attaching a ball valve to the outlet side of the pump, and then you simply open or close the valve to control the flow rate. The pump itself is not self-priming, but priming is super easy thanks to the pull ring PRV which will help ensure the pump head is full of liquid and trapped air is released before powering it on.

Tri-Clamp Pump Head
The T.C. pump head can be removed quickly and easily using the 3″ tri-clamp. This means no drivers or power drills are needed to back out the six Phillips head screws that mount the pump head on the standard version of the MKII. Whip the head off in a flash to clear out spent grain, hop material, or clear a blockage. Attaching the pump head with a tri-clamp also allows the head to be rotated at any angle in a full 360-degrees. This makes it easy to configure the plumbing to your unique brewery setup.

Inline Design
An “inline” pump head simply means the input and output are on a straight horizontal line with one another which can make it easier to integrate into your brewery setup. If you’re using a 3-vessel horizontal system, the inline pump head will make it easier to keep your hoses neat and tidy compared to pumps heads with a center inlet.

PRV Purge Valve
The corny keg style PRV will make priming the pump a breeze. Simply let bleed the pump head to purge air out before turning the pump on and you’ll avoid any cavitation issues. The PRV also acts as a safety so you do not over pressurize your pump head or brewery system.

304 Stainless Steel
The entire pump head is made from 304 grade stainless steel so it’s highly resistant to chemicals, heat, and physical abuse. The 1/2″ BSP threaded ports can be used to attach barbs, quick disconnects, camlocks, tri-clamp adapters, or any other 1/2″ fittings you prefer.

The KegLand TC Breakdown pump features a type 304 stainless head held on with a 3” Tri Clamp, making it easy to service and remove any spent grain or hop material that may cause a blockage. Announcing Over-size Dip Tube O-Rings! We’ve The vast majority of kegs work well with out standard sized dip tube o-rings available in both food grade silicone and food grade EPDM. However a small number of kegs require a larger dip tube o-ring. Beyond that some kegs are dinged up and leak using the standard size even when they shouldn’t. These are slightly larger than our standard dip tubes (.55 OD vs .50 OD) and made from the same food grade silicone we use for the standard size.

This Low Profile Ball Lock Tapping Head Assembly fits all our KegLand Mini Kegs, and is only 1.3” tall, making it ideal for when you want to put your Mini Keg system in a cooler or cramped refrigerator. The gas and beer inputs and outputs are both horizontal, keeping with the low profile theme. It includes gas in and beer out molded ball locks, as well as a 35 PSI pressure relief valve. All parts are easily replaceable.

Introducing the X-Dry Series Chugger Pumps! These pumps offer the same great quality we’ve come to expect from Chugger, but now feature Run-Dry Protection. Although the Chugger still needs to be primed before each use, the X-Dry Series offers a new level of protection from damage due to cavitation.

The Chugger lineup of pumps represents a great value for an even better price. These pumps are workhorses in the brewery. Featuring a robust flow rate of 7 gpm, and a magnetic drive designed to handle back-pressure, these pumps are a great addition to any brewing setup! The Stainless Steel Chugger showcases their molded Stainless Steel Pump Head. This stainless pump is a steal for the price, and we’ve been more than happy with the quality! Use this to ease transfers between kettles, cool wort via a counterflow chiller, or recirculate icewater for quicker chilling!

The Chugger pump model has 1.5″ tri-clamp inlet and outlet, allowing easy integration with your T.C. kettles or fermenter! We recommend setting these pumps up with a butterfly valve on the outflow side, this way you can throttle down the outgoing flow rate, allowing for more efficient sparges or cooling! The pump head can also be rotated 360° (in 90° intervals) allowing for even more customization!

Thoughts From HBF…

The ThermoPop 2 offers 1/10th digit display which is a massive improvement over the ThermoPop 1. It also features an auto-rotating backlit display and super fast 2-3 second response times and… it’s rated IP67 waterproof.

I would say that this bridges the gap between the Classic Thermapen and the Thermapen ONE – Review. In some ways it clearly exceeds the capabilities of the Classic Thermapen and at a much lower price.

If you’re looking for a super high quality thermometer backed by ThermoWorks and the Thermapen ONE is out of your price range, this is a great option.
