The Gen 3.1.1 Brewzilla with Pump from KegLand features a recirculation pump, as well as a false bottom and grain pipe to both protect the pump from clogging, and hold the crushed grain above the bottom for good wort circulation. The Unit holds 18 gallons, although we do not recommend boiling more than 12 gallons (perfect for 10 gallon batches). The grain pipe (basket) holds up to 35 pounds of crushed malt, and a pipe with included silicone hose on top feeds the recirculated wort from the pump evenly on top of the grain bed.

Requires 220 volts to operate and plugs into a Nema-6-15R or Nema 6-20R 220 volt outlet. 26” by 26” by 34” tall with the grain pipe removed.

From William’s Brewing: “Our annual William’s Holiday Ale is now available. This has been a crowd pleaser since 1994, and is a gently hopped honey brown ale with hints of orange peel and clove.”

Since 1994, we have produced a spiced Holiday Ale every year for the Fall and Winter Holiday seasons. The current kit is based on a formulation we first perfected in 1999, and by popular demand, we have settled on this formulation ever since. A spiced honey brown ale, our Holiday Ale is spiced with orange peel, allspice and other spices. The spices balance the sweetness of the honey, and the resulting brown ale has a rich honey malt character and delicate bitterness.

Alcohol: 5.8%, IBU’s 35 Includes 9 lbs. of our blended malt extract and honey, mixed spices, flavoring hops, 125 ml of liquid ale yeast, and corn sugar for carbonation. Makes 5 gallons with a starting gravity of at least 1.058

This is an annual limited edition kit. When they’re gone, they’re gone.

This stainless shank includes a stainless 3/16″ hose barb exit, and fits all standard 3″ diameter beer towers. Features a spring hole to hold the optional Intertap Faucet Spring, a stainless spring that works only with Nukatap/Intertap Shanks and Nukatap or Intertap Faucets to add a self closing function.

The shank itself fits all beer faucets, but the self closing function is only possible with Intertap Faucets and the Nukatap Faucet Spring. This does not fit Duotight fittings, it has a hose barb for 3/16″ or 1/4″ beer tubing.
