Announcing: Oak Aging for Spirits at William’s Brewing

All spirits when they come out of the still are clear, and some like Vodka and Gin stay that way. However, if you want authentic Bourbon Whiskey, Dark Rum or Tequilla, you must age the spirit in contact with toasted or burnt wood for 3 months to a year or longer.

As an alternative to barrels that cost hundreds of dollars, we sell toasted and charred woods that impart authentic barrel aged flavor to your spirit in a glass jar, with the added benefit of accelerating aging, as their is more wood surface in contact with the spirit than when in a traditional 55 gallon barrel.

This can be used with store bought spirits or your own.
