I do 2.5 gallon batches with 5 pounds of grain; 5 pounds milled is roughly 1.75 gallons. I can just barely get 6 pounds in a 2 gallon bucket when I go to my LHBS.

Hey! I should clarify. I’m talking unmilled. Milling fluffs it up for lack of a better phrase. For unmilled grain, how much can you get in a 2 gallon bucket?
