I’m not suggesting this as a 1 to 1 replacement for something like Star San or another homebrew sanitizer [Related: Star San Spray Bottle Method of Sanitizing].  I do however think, given the right conditions and goals, periodic use of something like this could help augment sanitation processes.  Note: Always read and follow manufacturer’s directions.
