Our Cream Ale recipe is a fantastic “lawnmower” beer with a crisp, refreshing palate and light golden color that will remind you of some of your favorite macro beers. Great for those warm summer days (or anytime all year round!), when you just want a light, refreshing beverage.
Known for their crisp, refreshing taste and their light golden tint, Cream Ales go through a longer cold conditioning or lagering following it’s primary fermentation stage. This process reduces unwanted fruity esters to give you a cleaner flavor palate. Oftentimes, corn, rice, or other adjuncts are also utilized to give it a lighter body and flavor.
