Note from HBF:  The product page does not use the words Spunding Valve.  Adjustable pressure relief valve + gauge + assembly to tie it all together = what I would call a Spunding Valve.  The issue I see with this is the PSI rating of 15 is a little low.  See: Balancing Your Draft System for a carbonation chart.  Let’s say your room temp is about 70 deg F/ 21.1 deg C, you’d be limited to about 1.6 volumes of carbonation.  Nevertheless, there are plenty of other uses for a spunding valve that aren’t carbonation related.  See the Spunding Valve build posts below.
