I’m a huge fan of my 100 quart (25 gallon) Thunder Group pot. You do have to buy the lids separately but to me it’s still a super good deal. It’s very sturdy and lets me do the 15+ gallon batches that I want without any problems. Just wash it with soap and water first to get the grease out of it that they use to manufacture it, do a FULL boil of water to oxidize it and you’re good to go. I drilled a hole for the ball valve myself and it worked out fine.
