Kegco Single Tap Kegerator.  Includes 5 lb CO2 tank (ships empty), double gauge CO2 regulator, sankey keg coupler, tower and faucet.

This comes outfitted for commercial kegs, but you should be able to convert to homebrew kegs by swapping out the coupler for pin or ball lock connectors.  The inclusion of a 5 lb CO2 tank is nice.  Some similar kegerators come with 2.5 lb tanks, which is an odd size in my book.
