We have provided a daily email newsletter since January of 2011. That service has been very popular. Thanks to all who have subscribed over the years! Earlier today (1/25/16) we transitioned over to a service provider. We will continue to offer a daily email newsletter, just using a better service provider. The new service offers increased reliability (some days the old service did not deliver emails and delivery times were erratic) as well as some new capabilities. This improvement only affects our newsletter. Nothing else is changing. We will continue publishing to www.homebrewfinds.com, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, Pinterest and RSS.
A note to existing subscribers: If you were already a subscriber – no action is required. Your subscription has been automatically migrated to the new service. When moving your subscription over, the contact preference was set to a maximum of 2 emails per day. Why this setting? During a testing phase 77% of subscribers wanted to receive 2 or more emails per day with the most popular choice being 4 emails per day (43% of subscribers). If you would like to change that preference either up or down, just click “Update your preferences” at the bottom of any of our emails.
More about Newsletters and Alerts…
Daily Digest Newsletter – We send out a once daily email newsletter that summarizes posts from the last 24 hours on Homebrew Finds.
Additional Emails – We also periodically send additional emails that contain announcements, alerts and point to featured tips, reviews, posts and special email-only offers, finds and giveaways.
You get to choose how often we contact you – All email subscribers receive our daily digest newsletter. Since our daily digest counts as email #1, choose 2 or more for a chance to receive alerts and special offers. Check out the subscribe page for communication options.
Change Your Mind? You can always change your preferences by clicking “Update your preferences” at the bottom of any email.
