I’ve been using this model for about 2 years now. It is great for doing 10 gallon batches. I put 11.5 gallons of wort into it and never have any blowoff. It’s not perfect though. The lid design makes it easy to clean, but also makes it hard to pressure push out of it. If you use more than 2-3 lbs of pressure, it will bow the lid out. The spigot is not ideal either. It’s a metric size, so vinyl tubing doesn’t really fit. You have to stretch silicone over it, or do what I did and replace it. I use the one for the BrewBucket and it’s ok, though maybe susceptible to bacteria. MoreBeer sells one, but I can’t speak for it. looks decent. Overall though, it’s by far the most economical fermenter I’ve found for large batches.
