    I can vouch for the first comment. These are most certainly not rodent-proof. Last year, San Francisco sewer rats chewed big holes right through these to get at my grain. I threw away 3 of the 4 I had purchased.

    The vaults worked for a few years, but eventually they must’ve figured out what was in them. Hell hath no fury like a focused rat.

    Now I am back to using 5 gallon pails which so far have foiled the vermin.
