The IHC-230 from Inkbird is a humidity and a temperature controller.  One relay controls a temperature (either hot OR cold) device and one relay controls a humidity-related device (either humidify or dehumidify).

The temperature component of this controller makes things a single stage digital temp controller that could be used for a kegerator or fermentation, along with a cooling device like a deep freeze or a fridge.
