AIH carries a lineup of 8,10 and 15 gallon kettles that are some of the best values out there. Some models feature one or two welded full 1/2″ NPT ports. These mean no drilling your kettle and no messing with weldless kits. Full port means install gear on both the inside and out. Generally the bottom port would be used for a ball valve (and maybe a pickup tube or bazooka screen) while the to port gets a thermometer.
All 10 and 15 gallon variations have been out of stock for quite a while. They are available again.
