Ready to dive into distilling, but unsure how to piece together your home still? Check out these complete systems that will set you on the path to producing high quality spirits. This kit comes with the Turbo 500 Electric Boiler, Copper Alembic Dome Top, and Copper Alembic Condenser.
The Still Spirits T500 boiler is ideal for pilot distilling and hobbyists alike. Designed and assembled in New Zealand, the T500 allows you to collect an astonishing 95% of the possible alcohol from your wash. The unit is constructed from stainless steel and boasts a 25 L capacity with 1800 watt integrated element, boil dry reset, faucet adapter for ease of water flow adjustment, thermal cut out fuse and waste discharge tap.
Alembic condensers are preferred in the production of whiskey, rum and other flavor-forward spirits. Reflux stills produce a higher purity distillate, but sacrifice much of the flavor and character of the wash in the process. Thermometer, tubing and tap adapter set are included with the alembic condenser.
- Turbo 500 Electric Boiler
- Copper Alembic Dome Top
- Copper Pot Still Alembic Condenser
