Any idea what the temp rating is on the temp probe? Wondering if I can put the temp probe in a thermowell in a HLT. If the unit can measure up to ~210F, I should assume the temp probe can take the heat, right?

I have an Inkbird. The pinouts are identical to the STC-1000. It does default to Celsius when you lose power but it’s an easy change in the menu.
