I use them for 10 gallon batches and they hold up fine. When they are full make sure to lift using the lid handle not the ones on the sides.

Argh…I bought a couple of these last month and found they don’t fit in my freezer (fermentor). Now I’m stuck fermenting in them at room temp, unless anyone has an idea of how I can keep the temp constant for these?

I don’t have any ideas for you but I was curious how well these things hold up with 11 gallons or so in them? Do they flex a lot when moving them with that much weight?

It depends on how low you are trying to get the temperature. A “swamp cooler” can usually get the temp down enough for ales, but lagers are a problem.
