This kegging setup comes with 2 ball lock kegs, a dual pressure regulator and all disconnects, tubing and faucets.  You can add on a CO2 tank to your order, or pick a good used tank up locally.

The two pressure regulator allows you to maintain two separate serving pressures.  You could use that to serve beers at two different carbonation levels.  You could also use to maintain a higher pressure on one keg for the purpose of carbonating more quickly.
