The price has dropped on this by 43% in the past two days.  The current price appears to be an record low.
At $25 + $6 shipping, this seems like a great deal to me.

EDIT:  This is from a third party seller (kegworks) on Amazon.  I've found what appears to be the exact same manifold on kegworks (here).  It's selling for $41.75 direct.  The description on that indicates that the shut offs do have one way check valves.

  1. Added a discussion on Amazon, but this doesn't indicate whether the valves are one-way check valves or standard.

    1. This is from kegworks. I think I've found the same model on their site. They are selling it for $41.75. http://www.kegworks.com/3-way-co2-distribution-bar-with-safety-427-p19790 The description on that product days say that it has check valves.
