  1. I have had one of these and find it insulates very well. While I don't make 15 gallon batches as this could handle, I actually mash BIAB in a 5 gallon pot, which happens to fit inside of this. Even with the aluminum brew pot and all the airspace, I lose maybe a degree over 60 minutes.
