I've contacted Adventures in Homebrewing, via their customer support email address, and they are indicating that they believe these will start shipping within a week.
This mill is currently selling for $89 shipped. When these do come back into stock, I'm told that the pre-order discount will be rolled back and this will return to $99. That's still a great deal, but if I got the chance to choose my own price, I'd go with $89.
