I had not heard of the Oliso Frisper Vacuum Sealer. It works by puncturing a small hole in the bag. It vacuum seals using this opening and then heat seals that area shut.
This uses (and comes with) it's own vacuum seal zip top bags. The starter kit also includes a "Flexi-Tube" which is compatible with the FoodSaver containers and accessories.
