Adventures in Homebrewing carries a 9 gallon stainless steel kettle that has 2 welded 1/2" NPT ports.  This normally sells for $109.99.  That's a really good deal.  Right now it is on sale for $79.  That's a great deal.

The two ports allow you to add a ball valve and a thermometer.

This kettle has been out of stock for weeks.
